Tabless design? It collapses kind of strnage for me, the middle column disappears. Nice looking design though.

Looks like little more than a thrown-together site to generate traffic to the ads. The design isn't terrible, but it's pretty uninteresting and looks hastily contrived. I'd theorize the owner just wanted a "free ad placement" on this site under the guise of "rate my site".
That having been said, there IS genuine content - so I gave it a rating of "fair"
