Site owner here. Please describe the pop-up because I've never seen it! Also, the font is set for helvetica, sans-serif so again, I don't know why you're seeing News Gothic.... hmm... very confused!

The tool itself works great. But the News Gothic font and the popups killed the site for me.

Seems a little congested to me. However, I'm not familiar with the other sites in this niche, that could be the norm.
And yes, mozilla blocked a popup...no, no no.
