Hi guys, thank you for all your feedback. I've taken your comments on-board and made some changes to the site. It now supports flash and non-flash users, so you can still access the site and navigate without flash.

Pros: color, layout, use of flash, information.
Cons: tables for layout, can't resize text in IE, font way to small, no way to navigate with Flash off.
