Overall the layout is very good. I would widen the left navigation bar slightly to make it more visible.

Don't like the search feature just stuck into the text like that. What are those three white lines on the left? Those make it hard to read. Don't like the ALL BOLD sidebar buttons. There's no reason for them all to be bold.
