This site is a disaster of poorly laid out search elements, badly implemented navigation, and confusing data elements. Needs to be completely torn apart and rebuilt. Sorry.

Need to be able to search by state and/or city. Site is clean. All box elements need to be the same size. Second box is smaller than top.
