Take out some of the women, there is such thing as too much.
Also, do something about the page loading time. Perhaps a javascript preloader with an indication bar?

This site friggin rocks! I get together with my friends once every few weekends and we play Roll Bowl and drink copious amounts of beer. Awesome time always. Great game, excellent website!
